Yesterday i had the chance to experience something i never thought id be interested in.... DRIFTING!!... i am so the girly girl... race cars is not something that i am interested in. So when my A (sidenote: you will be hearing alot about this girl, so get familiar, shes like my long lost twin, just white lol) invited dennis (boyfriend) and i, i was skeptical. i was anxious and excited. i pictured smokey, dirty track with tires a flying and cars exploding, im so dramatic. we arrived to a sold out arena and thats when i knew this was sorta a big deal. when we entered the parking lot i was invited to a whole other world i had never experienced. i mean there were cars i have never seen or heard of before and these belonged to regular spectators. The only way to really describe it is FAST AND FURIOUS, but real life...The cars are so pretty and decked out. Once the race started i see why it's a big deal. My adrenaline was pumping and i had no clue what was going on. All the things that seems to be illegal on regular streets is okay'd here.... the more smoke you make the better, getting within 16 inches of a wall is praised upon, and closer you drive to the other racer means youre in it to win it.... i wont give it all away ill just say if you ever get a chance to experience this, LIKE NIKE SAYS JUST DO IT
